Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aurum Wellness Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under the trade name "Cove Compounds" (hereinafter "Aurum Wellness Services LLC," "the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, browsing, or using covecompounds.com in any capacity — including placing an order, creating an account, or simply viewing content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms you must immediately cease all use of this website.

By completing any purchase, creating an account, or clicking any checkbox, button, or link indicating acceptance, you are providing your legally binding electronic signature and consent to these terms in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq. Your electronic acceptance carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. Your continued use of this site following any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications. It is your sole responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms incorporate by reference our Research Use Policy, which forms an integral and non-severable part of this agreement.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified research professional to access, browse, or purchase from this website. By using this site you affirmatively represent, warrant, and attest under penalty of perjury that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are a bona fide research professional or institutional purchaser; and (d) your purchase and use of any product does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. These representations are a material inducement for Aurum Wellness Services LLC to complete any transaction with you.

Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate accounts at any time, without notice, for suspected age misrepresentation or failure to qualify as a research professional. Any order placed by an ineligible person is void ab initio, and Aurum Wellness Services LLC bears zero liability for any such transaction. The burden of proof of eligibility rests solely and exclusively on the purchaser. It is the user's obligation to prevent access to this site by persons under the age of 21.

Research Use Only — Critical Disclaimer

Any use of our products outside of legitimate in-vitro research constitutes a material breach of these terms and may constitute a violation of applicable federal, state, and local law. Aurum Wellness Services LLC expressly disclaims all liability — without limitation — for any injury, illness, death, property damage, or harm of any kind whatsoever resulting from any use of its products inconsistent with the foregoing. Your agreement to these terms is a non-waivable material condition of every sale, and no transaction will be completed without it.

No Medical Advice or Professional Relationship

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, COA summaries, reconstitution guides, blog posts, email communications, chat messages, phone conversations, or any other communication originating from Aurum Wellness Services LLC or its representatives — constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or the practice of medicine, pharmacy, or any other licensed profession. Purchaser Legal Responsibility and Compliance

The purchaser bears sole, exclusive, and non-delegable legal responsibility for ensuring full compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, statutes, regulations, rules, and ordinances governing the purchase, importation, exportation, re-exportation, possession, handling, storage, transfer, distribution, and use of research compounds. This obligation includes but is not limited to compliance with the Controlled Substances Act, the Federal Analog Act, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, state analog statutes, and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder. Aurum Wellness Services LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding the legality of any product in any specific jurisdiction. By placing an order you expressly represent and warrant that your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you will use the products in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Aurum Wellness Services LLC's acceptance of your order shall not under any circumstances constitute a representation or warranty that the sale is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including without limitation where it has reason to believe the intended use is not consistent with legitimate research purposes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurum Wellness Services LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs — arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of this website or any product purchased herein;
• Your misuse of any product, including any use for human consumption, self-administration, or any purpose inconsistent with legitimate in-vitro research;
• Your violation or alleged violation of these Terms of Service, the Research Use Policy, or any applicable law or regulation;
• Any misrepresentation made by you regarding your age, qualifications, identity, or intended use of any product;
• Any injury, illness, death, property damage, or other harm — to yourself or any third party — resulting directly or indirectly from your purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product;
• Any third-party claim arising from your actions in connection with products purchased from Aurum Wellness Services LLC;
• Your initiation of any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in violation of these terms.

This indemnification obligation is unconditional, shall survive termination of these terms and your use of this site, and shall not be limited by any limitation of liability provision herein. Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any indemnifiable matter, in which event you agree to cooperate fully and at your own expense. You shall not settle any indemnifiable claim without the prior written consent of Aurum Wellness Services LLC.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Class Action Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING IN ANY COURT OR IN ARBITRATION. YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST AURUM WELLNESS SERVICES LLC IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or willful misconduct where such limitation is expressly prohibited by law.

Payment Terms and Chargeback Policy

Aurum Wellness Services LLC accepts payment via Bitcoin through our BTCPay Server payment processor and Cash App. All prices are listed in United States Dollars. Payment must be received and confirmed in full before any order is processed or shipped. Due to the peer-to-peer and decentralized nature of the payment methods accepted, all payments are final and irreversible upon transmission.

By submitting payment you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you fully understand the irreversible nature of the selected payment method; (b) you are authorized to use the payment account or method provided; (c) all purchase information you provide is accurate and complete; and (d) Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to cancel any order or refuse any payment at its sole discretion without prior notice.

In the event of a verified pricing error on our website, Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a credit in the amount paid, applied as store credit at the Company's sole discretion.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Orders may not be cancelled once payment has been submitted. If you believe an error has been made on our end, you must contact us at info@covecompounds.com within 24 hours of order submission. Aurum Wellness Services LLC will review such claims at its sole discretion and its determination shall be final and binding.

Shipping Policy

Aurum Wellness Services LLC ships exclusively within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method at its sole discretion.

Risk of loss and title to all products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Aurum Wellness Services LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or undeliverable packages once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier. The customer assumes all risk associated with the address provided at checkout. Aurum Wellness Services LLC bears no liability whatsoever for delivery failures, misdeliveries, or package seizures resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer. Packages returned to Aurum Wellness Services LLC as undeliverable will not be re-shipped or refunded.

Aurum Wellness Services LLC bears no responsibility for packages seized, intercepted, confiscated, or otherwise detained by any governmental, customs, or law enforcement authority at any point in transit. The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any such seizure. Aurum Wellness Services LLC strongly advises against shipping to PO boxes on restricted premises, correctional facilities, or locations subject to heightened screening.

Product Descriptions and Accuracy

Aurum Wellness Services LLC makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe all products on this website, including specifications, purity levels, and batch information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Certificates of Analysis represent third-party testing results for specific batches only and are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute a guarantee of purity, potency, identity, or fitness for any purpose.

Purity levels and product specifications may vary between batches. Aurum Wellness Services LLC expressly disclaims any guarantee that any product will meet your specific research requirements or produce any particular result. User Accounts

You are solely and exclusively responsible for: (a) maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials; (b) all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not; and (c) immediately notifying Aurum Wellness Services LLC of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Aurum Wellness Services LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from any unauthorized use of your account, regardless of cause.

Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; chargebacks or payment disputes; or abuse of any promotion, program, or credit system. Upon termination, your right to access the site and purchase products is immediately and irrevocably revoked. All accrued store credit, pending referral credits, promo code access, and any other account-based benefits are immediately and permanently forfeited upon termination for cause, with no compensation of any kind owed.

Referral and Influencer Program Terms

Aurum Wellness Services LLC offers a referral program and, at the Company's invitation, an Influencer designation. Both are subject to the following terms:

1. Each eligible account holder receives a unique referral link; Influencer and Aurum Team designees additionally receive a promotional discount code for use by their audience;
2. Referral store credit is issued to the referring account upon a referred individual completing a qualifying purchase, as specified on our website at the time of referral; amounts and qualifying thresholds are subject to change at any time without notice;
3. Influencer and Aurum Team promotional code credits are issued per the terms communicated at the time of designation and are likewise subject to modification;
4. Only one referral credit is issued per unique referred customer, regardless of the number of subsequent purchases made by that customer;
5. Self-referrals — including referrals made to accounts associated with the same individual, household, IP address, payment method, or shipping address — are strictly prohibited and will be voided;
6. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash under any circumstances;
7. Store credit does not expire while your account remains in good standing;
8. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or artificially inflate the referral or influencer program — including creation of duplicate accounts, coordinated fraudulent referrals, or misuse of promotional codes — will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accrued credits and benefits without compensation;
9. Influencer and Aurum Team designations are granted and revoked at the sole discretion of Aurum Wellness Services LLC at any time, without cause or prior notice;
10. Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate any aspect of its referral or influencer program at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, product names, COA documents, reconstitution guides, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of Aurum Wellness Services LLC and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content on this site solely for your personal, non-commercial research reference. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from this site without the prior express written consent of Aurum Wellness Services LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may subject you to civil and criminal liability. We do not sell, rent, trade, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except: (a) as strictly necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your shipping address with our carrier); or (b) as required by applicable law or legal process.

No payment credentials, credit card numbers, or banking information are transmitted to or stored on our servers. All payment processing occurs directly through your selected payment platform. By using this site you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described herein. Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to disclose your personal information in response to lawful legal process — including subpoenas, court orders, warrants, or requests from law enforcement — without prior notice to you, and shall have no liability for any such disclosure made in good faith reliance on such process. Violation of any prohibition herein may result in immediate account termination, pursuit of civil or criminal legal remedies, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity.

Export Controls and Regulatory Compliance

All products sold by Aurum Wellness Services LLC are subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including without limitation the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). By purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the Specially Designated Nationals List, the Denied Persons List, or the Entity List.

You agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or divert any product purchased from Aurum Wellness Services LLC — or any direct product thereof — to any prohibited country, person, or entity, or for any prohibited end use, without obtaining all required authorizations from the appropriate U.S. government agency. Violation of U.S. export control laws may result in criminal prosecution, substantial fines, and imprisonment. The purchaser bears sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable export laws and regulations. Aurum Wellness Services LLC accepts no liability for any purchaser's violation of export control obligations.

Force Majeure

Aurum Wellness Services LLC shall not be liable for any delay, failure to perform, or other non-performance of any obligation under these terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters; pandemics or public health emergencies; fire, flood, earthquake, or severe weather; war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action; strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions; carrier or postal service failures; power outages, internet disruptions, or cyberattacks; regulatory action or change of law; or any other event that renders performance impracticable or impossible despite the exercise of reasonable diligence.

In the event of a force majeure event, Aurum Wellness Services LLC's obligations hereunder shall be suspended for the duration of the event, and the Company shall not be liable for any resulting loss, damage, or delay. Aurum Wellness Services LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable following the cessation of the force majeure event. No force majeure event shall entitle the purchaser to a refund or cancellation, except at the sole discretion of Aurum Wellness Services LLC.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed exclusively in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions or rules. The exclusive venue for any legal action not subject to mandatory arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy of any kind arising out of or relating in any way to these terms, your use of this site, or any product purchased herein — including questions about the existence, validity, or scope of this arbitration agreement — shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights, unauthorized disclosure of its confidential information, or any other irreparable harm for which monetary relief would be inadequate. The filing of a court action for such equitable relief shall not constitute a waiver of the right to arbitrate all other claims.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included. The invalidity or unenforceability of any one provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In all cases, the intent of the parties shall be interpreted to give maximum permissible legal effect to these terms as a whole. The class action waiver set forth in Section 7 is an essential and material term of this agreement; if it is found to be unenforceable, any class, collective, or representative proceeding must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Research Use Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Aurum Wellness Services LLC with respect to your use of this site and any product purchased herein, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind — whether written, oral, or electronic — relating to the subject matter hereof.

No waiver of any provision of these terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Aurum Wellness Services LLC's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms at any time shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of that right or provision. These terms may not be modified by you. Any modification requires the express prior written consent of an authorized officer of Aurum Wellness Services LLC.

Changes to Terms

Aurum Wellness Services LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes are effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes, regardless of whether you have reviewed the updated terms.

Aurum Wellness Services LLC is under no obligation to provide advance notice of changes to these terms, and your continued use of the site shall constitute full acceptance of the then-current terms in all respects.
